When we moved last November it was such a mess. Two days of movers who took eveything apart when they moved stuff (still cant find all the pieces to several side tables) took down the blinds which I wanted left (had a renter moving in to the old place) still cant find two boxes of paperwork and half the flatware, items from the freezer and the fridge got put in boxes labeled 'sweaters' and didn't get unpacked for days (eeeewww) had to buy all new fridge stuff ... Next time I move (which will probably over my dead body) I will pack and move every box myself so I know where it all ends up!!!

We talked about that tonight. He's going to check into how far in advance he can report. I would be losing him earlier, but I am eager to get this crap over with and hopefully make it easier on the kids.

I would prefer not to move in November, but Christmas would be even worse.

Weather Watcher sez it's 63 and fair in Modesto. Heading for a low of 44 again tonite. (too dammed cold!

I'm working on a degree in Accounting/Bookkeeping/Business Management. (only an A.S. for now.)

Seriously though, WELL DONE!

It was a very cool evening here last night... in the 50's .... my favorite sleeping weather.. windows open and I sleep really sound.

Beautiful sunny morning. To the doc for a potassium level check then car shopping with John this afternoon.

Then later today I'll fashion up a nice crab trap for that gorilla crab I saw last evening. I'll catch him alive if I can and throw him in the sump. If I get the mantis I saw instead, he goes into the 'fuge!
