OT: How's the weather? - Page 8

We've been upgraded to a blizzard warning with 14-20 inches of snow predicted. How do they come up with those numbers?

If I step out for a rum and coke they won't be able to find me!

The good thing is my daughter made it home safely from college for the weekend. I'd rather have her here than there. Here, I can see her and feed her. There, she'd be trapped in her little apartment with (probably) not enough food.

Glad she's home safe, bet she brought a bunch of laundry!!!

Thanks! ALWAYS the laundry comes home. She does it herself though. She doesn't like the machines at her apartment. I help her out when I can, but she doesn't even ask! She's a good kid.

Has been snowing here in central indy since yesterday. Very high winds are making it blizzard like conditions out there. I heard the snow is supposed to stop here sometime this evening.
I hope this is the last of it. I am ready for spring.

Kent State University, majoring in psychology. Graduating this summer, then heading onward to either a BS to BS Nursing program or a psych graduate program. She wants to nurse but is interested in counseling as well. The mix of degrees may be her best option in the market right now.

Only boring if you consider never having to shovel snow, put on a winter coat, can always do an outdor activity, and hate taking a nap in the warm sun.
