OT: How's the weather?

I will probably do some fragging this weekend. My zoas could use some extra room. Today I will probably work on the QT. Maybe I'll get a fish this weekend. Maybe.
Other than that, the winds....it is about time to close the windows, I'm starting to get cold.

Great. I hope the people who built that annex didn't build my house. The house was shaking from the winds last night. On top of this, I just heard that someone is blaming the winds for their missing cat.

Hey all,
I'm going to try out the "How's the weather?" thread for a while...if it's open to newcomers. Seems appropriate today.
I live in Allen, TX, which was hit by 87 mph winds and apparently tornados in spots last night around 3-4. Very scary for all. Houses all around my neighborhood and nearby have fences blown down, huge, huge trees cracked at the base and uprooted--laying everywhere, brick walls down, shingles off down to the plywood, windows broken, signs bent to 90 degrees or blown down, trampolines picked up from back yards and landed in front yards, pool furniture in a crumple...and more. The McDonalds about 5 miles away lost it's golden arches which took out power lines on the way down. No deaths...people seem healthy, but working hard to undo the damage throughout the day. Our house is fine, amazingly, except for some shingles off and a broken gate. But, my DISH won't be fixed until next Wednesday. Looks like more RS for me!

It was a perfect day here, top down weather, slight breeze, only got to 80.
According to the weather man Im incorrect this weekend should only be in the 90s not in the 100s yet so I need to keep enjoying this weather while I can. I heard the Buffet concert was wild, everyone around here who went has no voice today.

Bon Jovi and Daughtry were fabulous at the Staples Center last night.

Today was awesome weather and tomorrow is expected to be better. Off to the gym.

Beautiful weather today! Sunny, 70 for a high, calm, green...like yesterday never happened. (Unless you drive around and look, and even then I am so impressed with all people involved and the ability to move so fast on clean up.)
