I like it, too. It's too bad our economy is suffering so. The city has a lot to offer. We have wonderful museums and theatres.. our sport's teams are really looking up (finally), we're on the lake. We have lots of nice, fresh water that all those folks out in the southwest would reallly like to have! And, no, they can't have it even if they ask nice!

East or West of Cleveland? On my way back to Illinois, I took one of those highways heading toward Toledo. It skirted the Lake. Absolutely gorgeous area!

I live on the east side. I'm about a mile south of the lake.

I'll have to go and dig up my pics. You can just feel the cold looking at the dreary sky! Being from Illinois, I know what the heck cold is. My family lives outside of St. Louis. I lived in Bloomington-Normal for a little over a year while getting my Masters...those freakin prairie winds. Then I had to travel up to Chicago every once in awhile to get into archives...and that does get cold in the winter.
I hear ya, Barb. I am stuck in the desert. I moved here in the Fall...70s outside and these people were wearing fleece!

I was just thinking last night - while i was sitting in the spa - how great it would be to be to move soemwhere cold, then I realized that when I got out of the spa - it was cold, and I thought - nevermind!!!!

But we have a very cold rain. I don't know which is worse, the snow or cold rain.
