OT: How's the weather? - Page 57

Really, I have only had a couple of neighbors I have like while tagging along in the military. Considering how often everyone moves, that is saying alot! Back at the old dive I had 9 new neighbors within 2 years. Here in this new neighborhood, I have the same group so far, but I will be stuck here until the end of 2009 and I would not doubt if I will be the #1 veteran on the block.

This flu has kicked my

. I've been here at work for one hour and I'm leaving. I don't recommend getting this flu if you haven't had it already. It's not much fun. However, I have lost 8lbs since last Thursday. Do you think coughing uses a lot of calories?

My back is feeling pretty darn good, but Craig, I confess I haven't been doing many exercises because I've felt so awfully lousy. I guess I was tightening some things while I coughed but I don't think that really counts. I'll be back at it as soon as I can, though!

Barb,

As long as it's not water loss and possible dehydration, 8 lbs is good no matter how it happens. Drink plenty of water and continue your exercises as you can. Get some rest and feel better!

Feels hot today. I was outside for a little while today. The winds are kicking in and dust is sgtarting to fly. Means I will not be going for a run unless I make it to the gym to hit the treadmill. I am really getting tired of wind!

Probably the 80s, no humidity.
To my crew, NATIVE will be in the hospital for awhile. He his having a carotid artery opened today and one on Friday.
Glampka is gone today so my PM box is empty! I've only been up 20 minutes and I am already bored. Bad things happen when I get bored.

If you're bored Beck, how about 30 minutes of ab crunches, push ups, and tricep dips (using the coffee table)?
