Beautiful sunny day again here. Amazing for two days in a row.... 50f.. not bad at all.

There's an almost complete absence of pain at some times, and that is such a relief. Tried to dry my hair, but that's not happening just yet. I'm very very tired today which is normal for me after several days like I've had. Phew. It's not a bad tired, that's for sure.. it's a RELIEVED tired. I can take a deep breath and actually relax.

Andrea's coming home for the weekend tomorrow and that will be a real treat. Can't wait to see her.

I'm continuiing with the exercises, Craig, and if this lack of pain continues into tomorrow I'll try doing some of the back things you suggested. The calorie cutdown is going fine, too.

John is at the doc right now because he's still not feeling well at all; his cough is awful and he's still running a fever.

Barb, I am sorry to hear about your husband. I hope he gets some decent meds!

Craig, hmmmm, no. I've had no choice but to be good for the last few hours. It's starting to bum me out. lol

And I think it is causing my headache.

It's raining and it's 50 here. I got a fire started in the wood burner and I have VERY little to do but to sack out on the couch and watch some TV. I have the first three seasons of Taxi I want to watch.

I went out to drench my plants. It is nice and hot outside. I still have so much to do, and instead I have been sitting around doing nothing of any particular value.

Thanks , Craig. It's been a couple of years and I'm not certified anymore, but it was so much fun. I've seriously never been as centered and calmer in my whole life. I'm a huge advocate for yoga. There are so many good things it can do for people of all ages and every fitness level as long as you go in there with an open mind. I had a senior couple in my beginning class and it evidently helped their sex life...they were a hoot.

Nikki, I have so much limited range of motion duie to 21 major surgeries, that I don't have the balance or symmetry to do yoga. Weights, rowing, and cycling along with extensive core work is what my regimen is.
