It's nice today. Temp is the same, but we have a few clouds so the sun isn't as intense. Spent some time outdoors. Now I am inside cleaning with the little one. I peaked in at the 4 yr old and he passed out. PERFECT! I think I might have enough time to stare at the walls and go over my plans to take over the world!

Feeling somewhat better as the day goes on, Becky.. thanks for asking. The epidural takes 24-48hrs to kick in so it can only get better.

Beautiful sunny day here, chilly, but I'll sure take the sunshine.

Clouds rolled in, and I haven't checked, but I feel a little sweat...I'm guessing our humidity might be a little above 20%. I like clouds, makes for a change of pace and makes my grass a deeper shade of green!

It was in the mid 80s here today, slight breeze and few clouds. Perfect.
I,s almost 9:00pm and still in the 70s outside now. I think I'll call in sick tomarrow.
Hope the epi relieves your back pain Barb.
Ican never make plans to take over the world like Becky...theres always water changes to do first.

Cycling was fantastic, abs afterward and a short lite rain happened while at the gym. Clouds were clearing when I exited the club.

Time for a shower and dinner!

Cloudy and muggy, just like it's been all week. I hope you're feeling better, Barb. I taught yoga for a year and was never in better shape or calmer. I'm sure Craig gave you some awesome exercises for strength. A short, daily yoga routine would probably help you out a lot.
