Woke up to a wonderful 62 degrees! Snow in the front yard is GONE!!! Cold front quickly approaching - flip the high around for tonight's low - 26. Barb let me know when that cold front hits you so I have a few hours warning.

Woke up....said the humidity was about 30%. I might be able to breathe again! Would be nice.
Should be another warm one. I would like to spend all day outside but the house needs to be cleaned so I can get out of town on Friday.

Woke up to 68 and cloudy but its already dropped to 52. There's a high wind warning but it's deadly still out there right now. Maybe later.

The new mattress was just delivered and the dogs love it. I'll test it out later.. I have to lay flat for 8 hours after that epidural this afternoon.

During the night one of the smoke detector batteries decided to start chirping. The two big dogs decided they were deadly afraid and needed to lay on my chest. I had to hunt up a new 9v battery. Luckily I actually had one. Sorry, John, had to wake you to climb on the ladder to install it.

Lost a few hours sleep there so it'll be nice to climb into bed later and doze. Looking forward to relief later, and a nice chat with Craig about getting stronger without hurting myself more.

Was a warm one today. I tried to get outside, but stayed in and did some cleaning. Very disatisfying. Still have plenty to do. Feeling worn down and cranky...doesn't help that the kids have been bears today. AND AND AND I only had one pot of coffee.

I'm allowed up and around now, but I think I'll turn in early. Everything went fine, just have the odd epidural sensation around my tailbone which experience tells me should be gone sometime tomorrow. I'll know in a couple of days if it will help. It has in the past, so I'm expecting it will this time, too.

The new mattress is FABULOUS. I think it will make a difference.

And, talking with Craig has really lifted my spirits. He gave me some simple things to do that will help me gain some strength. These are things I *should have been able to figure out on my own, but I think I couldn't see the forest for the trees. THANK YOU, Craig, for reaching out. I can't tell you how much it means to me.

It's gotten much colder here! From 68 this morning down to the 20's tonight. Brrrr!

I'm glad you are feeling a little bit better...and I hate that tingling aftermath of epidurals.

I would hate to think what workout Craig would suggest for me...I'm sure a few of my crew would suggest some activity where communication is discouraged. But Craig....????? I just don't know.
