55 deg. and rain (as usual). If a person wants to be depressed, just move to rainy WV. That is about all it does here.

I might be quiet come next weekend. This might make Gray feel better. I am doing some marriage retreat 3 hours north of here at the ski resort. It will only get up to 67 as the high...40s at night. I am hoping it will help me gain a little appreciation of what Gary is going through.

Gary, I am doing this for you. I don't really care about that whole 2 hour workshop we have to attend just to get free meals, room, childcare. I really don't want to know anything more about my husband. I figure I can try doing a few things indoors which might make me miserable...like hitting the casino. It is my attempt at empathy. I think you should be happy I am doing this. It shows I care.

It is perfect today. The sun is shining, it's 72, not too hot, not too cold. I'm going to finish painting the tank today and then take Olivia on a ride to the grocery store to get some food for date night. I'm thinking petite filets with a gorgonzola and porcini mushroom sauce and steamed vegetables and an amaretto almond cheesecake for dessert. Or prociutto and fontina stuffed porkchops insetead of the filets....what do you think?

Sorry, none of those bands are really like Don Henley...the ones I have heard of anyway. Led who? lol
