OT: How's the weather? - Page 28

Emccullough1 is back and feeling better. I am sure we will be seeing more and more of him.
So I was at Lowes. Needed play sand for the sand box the Easter rodent is bringing the kids. Bought some more flowers...and a shallow rubbermaid container.

Because, I have a project. I need to tear up my son't reef tomorrow. The CBS has taken off with his 2nd victim. I have a watchman goby in there. Had him since I started the hobby and his growth and the fact that he is my oldest fish, make me reluctant to sacrifice him. So, I'm getting prepped to remove as much rockwork as necessary.

So tomorrow, egg hunt in the back yard, maybe watch the kids play in the sand box...and maybe some grilling.

"Easter Rodent" LOL...I guess you were right about those coral banded shrimp..maybe I"ll get a skunk one instead..don't want anything eating my fish. But you gotta admit...nature at it's most raw in a closed system like that is pretty cool. Glad to here emcollugh is feeling better

The CBS was from when I started the hobby, as well. It has grown quite a bit. I've learned a lot from invertebrates which might do something that'll tick me off. When I do the 55, I'm going with skunk cleaners. They make for a great CUC and are quite personable.

Looked out the windows here at work and it is pouring down that frozen white stuff, YUCK. Our Christmas snow at Easter.

If it makes you feel ANY better, I had to go out and work up a mild sweat mowing my dammed lawn again...

I don't know the temp, but the AC has been running like crazy. Spent a considerable chunk of time sitting outside with the kids enjoying the shade. The cats were out, the dog was all over them and then the sprinkler system turned on and everyone ran inside.

I'm trying to get dinner made so that I can spend a little more quality time outside before it gets dark.

Still have eggs to decorate.
