Re: How's the weather?

I can't really descibe it...it's a cross between horrible burned food, cleaning chemicals..and that awful perfume/cologne that eldery (read 75 plus) people wear. I'm the youngest one in my building but I take the good with the bad...I have a killer apt and I pay next to nothing for rent...if I just avoid everyone then it's not too bad.

You'll know it when you smell it.

Re: How's the weather?

Certainly there is a retirement home you can visit that will give you the whiff you will never forget. Or get close to grandma for that kiss on the cheek. I wonder what causes that...the umpteen gazillion meds they have to take acting like a preservative. Sounds like a science project idea...lol

It was warm today. I wanted to get outside after fragging but the winds kicked up and dust is blowing everywhere. Makes for a crummy time outside.

Re: How's the weather?

Speaking of yanking chains - I went to Home Depot to get some chain so I can hang the lights over the fuge. Tried to use picture wire and little hook things - did not turn out well, pulled one of the hooks out and the wire slipped and broken light , so Home Depot trip - plastic chain, different hooks and let there be light , except I only have one working bulb, so I need to order another... Also picked up some tomato plants and some bell peppers and strawberry plants, if it doesn't rain this weekend I can play farmer!!
