OT: How's the weather?

HOT it's hot. 104 by my dashboard temp doohickey. it's usually up a couple degrees though.

took the child to the Y pool. Nice, lots of older folks coming for their regular swims. And of course the strange old biddy who launches into a conversation about whatever as you have to go save the child from drowning. A lunch of MickeyD and I'm praying for a NAP!!! For BOTH of us!!!

Well it is a sunny day I feel brand new!!!! yea, no rain. Purchased new frags for the tank. Only thing that would make this day better is if I were on vacation.

Low 90's here today, but warming up. Depending on which weather forecast I hear, it could be 95-98 tomorrow, or it could be 102+...In either case, it's gonna be HOT. School starts again for me tomorrow morning. I think I'm gonna start my day with water aerobics...then go to my classes for the day. I MIGHT even crash a few of the evening water classes as my schedule allows.

Not even worth checking the actual temperature. It is pretty much the same daily...until it is not.
The oldest one is finally done being sick, otherwise a pool would have been perfect.

Beautiful weather all weekend in Reno. No gambling as I grew up there and "so what" on the Casino scene.

Milw, WI, over 8" of rain in the last 36hrs, but it is suppose to move out today with just a chance, it is MI and northern IN turn now. Some flooding dependeing where you live, I am high and dry, and no power interuptions thank God. With all these storms there was very little lightning, but lost satilite signal tons of times, but the storm cells where topping out at 70,000ft!!!!!

Here comes that rainy day feeling again!! Great day yesterday full of sun and humidity. Will be about the same for most of today. Thunderstorms and severe weather to hit us this evening with an inch or more of rain possible.
Most counties to the south and west of us still under a state of emergency I'm sure they do not need more rain.

Gonna be a warm one today...figures. I start back to school this morning after 5 glorious and lazy weeks off. Unfortunately, I didn't get half of my "honey-do" list done, which means I'll have to work on it around my school work... (sure I will...honest...trust me)

I don't know what the weather is supposed to be today other than hot. Our curing trashcan started leaking so I had to move the rock to 5 gal buckets @ 8 this morning and I was sweating.

The beach was beautiful. Tommy caught 2 fish with his bare hands...a spec and a croaker...by far the coolest thing he's ever done in his whole life. I got VERY brown except for a few places I missed with sunscreen...my right knee is polka dotted along with the top of my right foot and I have a nice stripe on my left theigh, left forearm, my right hand and my forehead. In short, I look funny. We're going again weekend after next.

There is no water here...have to travel about 3 hours northeast for that kind of action. Once upon a time, I was certain that there was a river here. I minored in Geography and I thought I knew it all. BS! I think I might have seen a creek, ankle deep once. Only time there is noticeable water is occasionally during monsoon season...and only when the earthen dam on the Mexican side overflows. Even then, the Mississippi and the Potomac are much more impressive.

Someone just needs to burn this place to the ground.
