Slapped on some suncreen and worked on my tan. That actually equates to cutting the grass out here. Haven't checked the temperature, but it is hot in the sun!

Beautiful sunny day here in North East florida. All the Dogwoods are in bloom which is a sure sign of no more cold snaps. Won't be much longer for You folks in more northern climes!

High clouds rolled in and woke me up from my nap. Mid seventies here, but rain due maybe Sunday. Still ain't cold and you don't have to shovel rain, eh?

Teaching indoor cycling tonight, tomorrow night, Saturday morning, and Sunday afternoon. Yikes, I'm gonna be in better shape at this rate. Seven weeks recovering from knee surgery is a killer on your VO2 max!

Seconds after this was taken, the fight broke out between both boys and the little one wins every time in a smackdown situation. Always the character. Like to destoy the house multiple times a day...can often be seen travelling around the house with crayon...never good.

It was a pretty day in the IE. Walked over to a Japanese place for lunch - decided we all needed a break so we closed the office for 2 hours - unfortunately I had a meeting so we couldn't have a "good lunch"

which usually results in closing the office for the rest of the day and having a few cocktails!!! But we did have a 2 hour lunch and I sent the girls home early, maybe we'll play hooky on Friday...

Did I miss anything today??!!
