Beautiful sunshiny day here in the low 80's. DEFINITELY not like Northern Kahleeforneeya on the first of June...but, it's supposed to be back into the mid to upper 90's before week's end.

Searing heat.

I know some of this belongs in the Weightloss thread but...While doing the interval crap on the elliptical, I started to miss running outdoors. I don't like the treadmill, feels too funky. It's just not the same. It'll be hot until mid November.

I feel like crap (can I say that here) I know this will pass. Its really nothing serious. but I do thank everyones get well wishes. I usually get over this type of thing in one day. grrrrrrrrr (that was my stomach).

The thermometer in the car on the way to the orthodontist said 103...the heat is exacerbating my headache.

My headache is coming from my teeth. I usually drink a quart to a quart and a half of water a day. But I just got back from the orthodontist and went to the grocery store thirsty...needless to say, I got a LOT of juice, milk, baby food, some oranges and absolutely nothing for dinner. Oh well, guess it'll be pizza night (minus the crust for me).
