So today I broke in my swimwear. The temp is perfect. I got some sun. I plan on eatting light tonight, doing my interval butt-on-fire run and then hitting the buffalo chicken dip...HARD!

now its grey skys and the wind is really kickin up again, I think were in for more rain. Hope it clears tomorrow. This could put a damper on the BBQ Pool party if it keeps up all weekend.
I just got back shopping with the hub for a wide screen tv furniture stand. Our old oak entertainment center was too huge but the opening was not for this type if TV. All the Fish tanks canopys and stands in our roon are oak and its considered out of style in the snobby furniture stores around here.
Was not a fun trip. Will go on line and check out there. Right now I NEED a nap too.

Cool here this morning with light rain. My wife promised to make me peanut butter cookies if it rained...

(she just doesn't know that ever since she said that, I've been in the back yard, doing my best imitation of an Indian Rain Dance!)

I have one more of Craig's interval run-like-butt-is-on-fire shindigs to do ....tonight. I have a BBQ at 2. So I am going to have to be good. I know I am going to need beer at this Q because it's going to be a bunch of soldiers and their wives, not really my company. This is going to be tough.

Peanut butter are my favorite cookies...and she'll ONLY make them on rainy days. It has something to do with the humidity affecting the way they turn out.

(either that, or she just doesn't want to make them for me on a daily basis)

Boomer I bet those cookies will taste exceptioanlly good becasue it dosent rain much where you are. I think your rain dance is working for us too. It's raining again here and the sky is still grey. Everthing else is looking lush and happy. Its very cool this morning around 64.

Ugh...woke up very very very hungover last night..celebrated my cousins birthday with absoluts 100 proof in the black bottle (very good BTW) and me finally getting my check (which came yesterday) I haven't done a single solitary thing today...very mad at myself. Will try to redeem myself by doing something or another.
