Oh HELL NO!

I do my best not to go outside for anything when it's this hot...except to have a smoke anyway.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

I skipped the MAS meet to hang out at the Mexican import dive. I just needed a ladder.

But I had not been there for awhile and found more crap to nail onto the exterior of the house.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Becky is you decor southwest inside and out?
I currently have decor identity problems. Hubby just broughat home a big 46" TV and I dont know where were going to put it. The furniture I have will not fit the coponents. must go shopping.... Its too hot outside today to do anything. I moved the fountain and the two fishes to a more protected area.
The rest of my chores will be inside today . Nice fun photo becky you look terrific.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Diane...pretty much the southwest theme. Picked up a few pieces here that matched with our existing furniture.

This is the horrible place I go to drink afternoon coffee or smoke a cigar...

My bear from New Mexico. Neighbors have stated that without the bear they would not know which house was theres (all of our houses look alike).

I need to clean it, but this is my bench.

This is where I keep my German cyrstal

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Really nice Becky!! We've been in this house a year and a half and haven't even thought about decor or theme. It's just kind of happening as we find things. The tank keeps me busy and I would rather shop for coral than "art" for the walls! I think the pool room will be blue since Mark had the pool table felted in electric blue...

There are many like it,
But this one is mine.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

You can fit a couple of cases in there easily and probably a few extra drinks! It is always stocked when we have company.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Your things are nice and look like they say this is home. and really not like a move often militatray life style. My x sister in law and my brother were military and moved often. She never had anything that looked personal in their home, it all looked like a motel6. Ive never seen a cooler like that one.'
Ive just picked algea and changed water on 4 tanks. Im done for tonight.
Need to fix dinner and watch desparate housewives and drink a beer, nice cold one.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Movers are hard on furniture. If push comes to shove I can take the time to sand and restain those pieces that need attention. I haven't quite gotten there yet.
I have been here for almost 4 yrs..will be here for another one. Unfortunately this is my home and I try to make the best of it.
I also have tank work. Been meaning to get to it this weekend. So, by the time I get the water change ready, bust loose the scapel, I have a gsp that needs to be kept in check, some sand that needs to be placed and a beer that needs to be drunk.
