So I went for a run tonight. The city of El Paso is putting a highway right next to housing. I guess they miscalculated where this bad boy was going because now the border is right on top of the walking path that Post just installed for us. Buttheads.

Yeah - those California cows are everywhere! (I haven't seen a cow in a pasture since we drove up to Oregon!!) They're waiting for the quake so they can get a foot (hoof?) massage! Those commercials are pretty funny. Really loved the one with the rooster - he crows and one of the cows decides to hit the snooze button - the cow boots the rooster and it goes flying out of the barn -

We have a couple of ranches out here. I haven't seen any cattle, though. Plenty of steakhouses. Plenty of horns...

But if I want to see cows I need to go west about an hour on I-10 or up into the Texas panhandle.

Barb, I have seen your cows...and your Amish people. Outstanding.
I will be digging up my cow pics. I do not have any in Ohio. But I did find some willing to be photographed in Indiana once. They are all over southern Illinois. And I have a few pics of some cows I hung out with in Germany.
