OT: How's the weather? - Page 114

The military helped screw up my husband's mouth. When he first got in, they put in fillings, but did not actually do squat about the cavity. So when we were living at Ft. Belvoir, he cracked his tooth. Active duty really do not get the option of finding someone off post. So, Belvoir had problems scheduling, sent him to Walter Reed, Walter Reed had scheduling problems. My husband threw a fit after 3 months of being passed around. Got in at Bethesda...they scheduled him for a follow up and then the army cancelled it. We get here, gets in to the dental clinic 2 years later, they decide to put in a crown. Then 2 more years of scheduling problems. Then it happened, the crown! Less than a week later he had his tooth pulled.

Wow. I'm thinking Betheda might have taken care of you guys, Becky. (Wait... this is Becky, right? I'm sorry, I mix up some you you "new guys" still... short term memory problem.) I got preggo while we were in that area and got told point blank by a nurse at Ft. Belvoir "You don't want to have your baby here. Go to Bethesda." I liked it there.

That sucks! I was playing softball, 2nd base, and caught a bad hop with my mouth. My tooth almost dropped out but my lips swelled up 3 times their size. I didn't go to school for the rest of the week b/c my lips looked so bad.

There was just a commercial for the news about a story about dog baiting. I think that's what happened to my puggle.

LOL It's Becky. I had my oldest at Belvoir. It was OK...but I've been to Bethesda and it is super nice! The one bad thing, is that when I went into active labor, they sent me home. I was in too much pain to walk out of the hospital. I almost had my kid at home an hour later.

No way, Craig. Quit trying to put my thread on track...I want to hear more about BoomerD's freakish wife! lol

I am going to have to take one for the team. Guess I'll have to .........................

If I don't make it back, tell Mucci I love him, but that I would love him more if he quit breaking his tank. Tell SJS that I am glad she is slimming down. Tell Barb that I might be a little delayed on the coffeetable book project.
