Scattered clouds and headed for the low-80's here today. A BEAUTIFUL morning in NorCal...now if I can just get this dammed headache to go away...(hurry up Excedrin...work your magic!)

I'm having a very very good day. The weather is finally cooperating..about 74 here low humid. and no wind whatsoever. Also got some great news from the DAV....turns out I was supposed to get VA benefits all this time. But at least now I'm officially (in their minds anyway) a veteran. Becky I hear you on the First Sargents...although I had one in 29 stumps he was an OK guy but I know they can be real dingle berries sometimes.

Mucci...I left out that my husband is an E7 and could be promoted this year. lol No. Unfortunately, I like the everything as it is. First Sargeants' wives tend to be the ones who park in maternity parking so that super pregnant people have to park at the ends of the parking lots and hoof it everywhere! E8 promotable wives often think they are married to officers and can boss everyone else around and their spouses! This is why I do not want them living next door. Military spouses do not have rank, but the higher up you get, the more they think they do!

Cool and cloudy all day - waiting for the Laker game to start - spa is heating, fish are happy, dogs are on their pillows - all is right with the world!

The sun went away early this afternoon. The wind picked up. It cooled off and a very nice rain is coming down. The little grasses are sprouting in the front yard and my crabapple trees and dogwoods are blooming.

And! My flower nem had a potty break tonight. All is right with the world.

I wonder if I change my BP med ill get my yard work done, stuff is starting to die. damn pine needles all over the front yard again, and my reefs have evaporated water and making noise. I better get to work.

We had a soft rain all night, but boy did it get chilly! It's a gray Cleveland day today and I wish I could climb back in for a couple of hours. John is back from Hotlanta today so I can sleep in tomorrow.

Gonna fix me a Spanish egg this morning! French-press some European roast! A nice piece of honeydew. yum. Then pull on the ole underwear and get to work.
