Mostly high clouds and breezy, but the sun is trying to peek through.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Beautiful day; chilly start in the 50's.. up to 70 or so and sunny, then back down to the 50's tonight. To me this is perfect weather!

It's also nice and quiet because John is in Hotlanta for a couple of days. I get to sit and stare at the tank and and and some more.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

It started out warm this morning.. already in the upper 60's. Sunny and beautiful. I can hardly tell I'm in Cleveland!

I stayed up way too late last night. After lights out I took the flashlight out again. I'm sleepy today!

Becky, how is it without the neighbors? I think you're probably feeling very lonely about now. How are you feeling re; bp meds? I'm taking Diovan hct now. I haven't noticed any changes whatsoever with the switch.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Barb, I like the quiet. Among other things, I have been working in the yard to make the next inhabitants jealous. The way military housing works, I am surprised no one moved in yet. My luck, they'll put some anal First Sarge in there going to school for promotion for 9 months and they'll be home the entire time. We have a school for them here, and they have their own housing, but for some reason they are taking up housing needed by those families not in their positions. They go to UTEP part time and then they play golf for the rest of the day...the easy life. Anyway, that was a rant...

Windy here, but I need to work in the yard today. I finally weed whacked yesterday and put down the Miracle Gro. Today is root stimulator, seeding in areas that need it, top soil and ironite. And then the crap I need to do in the house...

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Blood pressure...I forgot, I am on Micardis and hydrochlorothiazide. I guess things are going well. I need to make my next appointment to see if it has helped with my bp any. I have no side effects, feels as grumpy and wound up as usual.

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Woke up to misty drizzly - which is OK - I'll take all the cool I can get before summer hits. With the tank up and running our electic bill is already hovering around $480 each month (pool pump is on about 3 hours a day also) - Cant wait to see what it will be with the air on this summer Might have to move into the office for the summer....

Re: OT: How's the weather?

Steph, you can get away with running your pump only 3 hours a day? ours run 6hrs & its getting to where i need to up the hours.

i dont have the tank up yet so there's no telling what the bill will be.

Just barely get away with it - Mark brushes the pool down almost everyday, before the pump comes on. Once it warms up - were doomed to run it a lot more - we seem to have a really good DE filter, haven't had much algae unless it doesn't get brushed every other day or so... and its a dark bottomed so I dont know if that helps or not - certainly heats it up - by the end of summer the pool will be low 90's without a heater...
