| Excellent Guesser :D   | Re: can i survive on smoothies? I did also start to adjust portion size. Thanksgiving and Christmas were tough. Can't say I followed my own program on that one, but I do switch out fried for fresh veggies where I can. Thanks Kathy. I think it's all the beer Wit's trying to take away. It's preserving me.  I haven't quite gotten to the point where I can remove beer from my regimen. I have switched to mixed drinks with diet soda. 0 carbs 0 guilt. Still has all the headaches in the morning though.  I'm working on it.
