| Madame Klanganator | OT: Exciting day...back home! Well, I'm not in Spain! The big storm came through and messed everything up, so I'm back at home for the night. We are booked on flights tomorrow. We were put on and off the plane three times. The last time on we made it to the taxiway, and slid off the taxiway! Had to be towed out and back to the gate. The pilots were shortly thereafter "illegal" for flying time for the day, and a new crew was being flown in from La Guardia. We opted to travel tomorrow because that flight wasn't going to arrive until at least 10:30, and our international flight from Newark would have long departed. So, here I am! Back on RS!

| Social Darwinism victim | Re: OT: Exciting day...back home! Listen, better safe than sorry!!! I just drove home from work and bridges are shut down (if you're in NJ and want to be in PA you're sc#%@#ed) and side streets are quite unnavigable. It's supposed to warm up. Have fun in Spain!!

| Excellent Guesser :D | Re: OT: Exciting day...back home! I guess a bad day on RS is better than a good day in Spain. I'm not sure. Never been. Sorry to hear about the delay, but glad you get to play! ![]()
__________________ Victor ----- People come into our lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on. |
