We got about 6" by 2am then it started raining.. right now I'd say we have may 3" of HEAVY wet snow!! LET IT SNOW

Didn't start yet here but they are calling for 1-3 then sleet, yippeee can't wait!

We ended up with about 2". JUST enough to completely screw up the traffic and close the entire area down for a day.

I grew up in southwestern PA and 3 foot snows weren't that unusual. We still had school. Only reason we didn't have school were for holidays and the first day of Buck season!

We also had to walk about 14 miles to school and it was UP HILL both ways...

(yeah, I'm a redneck hillbilly at heart)

We're getting a little snow here in Ohio today.

Here's looking east toward our road. The Jeep is my sons' jeep that they shared in hs. It's a '95 and when bought it had 98,000mi on it. Now it has 215,000 on it and still runs like a top, but it needs some work. No one has the heart to part with it and I think it may be a future restoration project for John. The previous owner was a Dead Head and put the miles on following the GD around the country.

Wisconsin has broke an old snow record this winter season. The old record was 76.1 inches I believe in the 80's, We are gonna break that today with ANOTHER snow storm on the way today. over 77 inches of snow is nuts... lol

Yesterday I went shopping and the snow drifts in spots were over 10 feet high. The snow was up over top of signs along the road. It was crazy. I wish I would have had my camera on me. If I get out today and they are still there I will get some pictures. They had snow plows and tractors out knocking them down though... All this snow makes travel very dangerous and on top of that. The temp was/is a -40 degrees.(wind chill) If your car stalls or you get stuck in a snow drift. You can freeze VERY quickly. I have my car packed with Blankets, boots, water, scarfs, gloves , flares, heat packs.. It is nuts here.. The worst we have had in years..

We're supposed to get a big storm tonight through tomorrow. Of course, tomorrow I'm leaving for Europe. Hopefully our flight out of Cleveland won't be delayed!

I've heard that we are supposed to get a significant amount of snow starting tonight. Seems like every time they say that, we seem to miss it. But that's okay cause I'm ready for some spring weather!
We have over 300 post to put in since we are adding about 1/2 mile of vinyl fencing for the horses. All the fencing came last friday. It looks like a construction site around my driveway right now.
