Finally.....
The Elos symbol (a small swoosh ~ ) is lazer etched on the tanks upper right hand corner.

....they offered to also have my name etched but I thought it would be taking it all a bit too far

I would give it a name and christen it with a bottle of champagne. lol

Thanks for going into the special details about these tanks.
They do pay attention to the details. If you hadn't gone over them I would still be wondering what the big deal was.
Now I'm off to check out their website.

Forgot one more thing...
The stand is made by Elos of solid wood covered in plastic thermofoil. It is very heavy and built to easily hold the weight of the tank.
The doors come in a variety of finishes and materials (these are made of Wenge wood) and were sent to keep the stand covered untill the optional doors I ordered in red arrive.
Elos is the only aquaristic co. authorized by pininfarina to use the actual ferrari red used in its cars. The doors and the covers for the lighting will be in this red

That is awesome I like Ferrari Red, I was looking at a Red Ferrari for my dad a while back. Now you should get one to match your tank.

Booze that's about AS Sweet as they come!! I have an idea what my "Mac Daddy" tank will be when I grow up. And I so WILL have Big-Al etched into it. Maybe even have one of those BatMan type of call lights that shows the Symbol up in the night sky.

I can NOT wait to see this baby in action. Tank Tour at B's house

And if you think the tanks and stands are fancy, take a look at what goes into making the skimmers and sumps.... The details that go into the little things like airline connectors are amazing.

If I could actually get a full Elos nano for 5k, I would seriously consider it... scary...
