OT: Birds! - Page 9

I agree, Jason. Our Golden Retriever, who is very skittish anyway, runs and hides if one of the birds flies down to the floor.

Cleaning the cage is REALLY easy to do. My wife does that. I clean the aquariums.

When I head up to bed, our Caique hears me and starts to make this siren sound. I swear, it sounds JUST like a smoke detector!!! The first time I heard it, I was running around to all the smoke detectors trying to figure out which one it was.

The next day, I was telling Patti about it and she said "He got you too, eh?"

When we were in brooklyn, my grey picked up the car alarm sound. Every so often we'd have to look out the window to see if we'd set off the keyfob by accident.

NOW she's been muttering under her breath -- I swear to god I think she's repeating Mike b&%%ing while he goes to the bathroom. (They're in "winter HQ" right now in the bathroom. Back porch is too cold.)
