Even better...gold digging teenage mother trash. I say do it and spend the time in the Lobby fussing with your hair and make up.

Tudors..probably the best show that I watch although I haven't seen any this season yet...I just download shows then hook my comp up the tv and BAM free showtime.

Brotherhood....awesome show my dad's been in a couple of episodes and I hope to be a regular this season.

Only saw a few Sopranos episodes...somehow being Italian and all it just kinda ircked me.

Battlestar is really good...Steph do you think Guy is the other cylone.

SSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! That's Mike's SOP. The cable bill DOUBLED and he hit the roof. Built this dual-something-quad-something else computer in order to record and stuff. If he's at work and the munchkin wants a movie, I have to call him at work in order to work the &%@#@ thing.

Re: OT: Women of RS Thread

I never said she had to hit on the doc, Mooch.

I try to stay out of the stereotypical/TV/cultural backlash. I would never be able to watch The Simpsons. Face it Mooch, Italian Americans are historically better at organized crime. If it was about Polish organized crime I couldn't watch it...because that was never our thing. Be happy your culture was influential in something. lol

Although, Tadeusz the Bad @ss and Stanislaus the Impaler are sounding good...

Re: OT: Women of RS Thread

LOL! I was a big Soprano's fan. I didn't get to watch it much in the early years because I was always on the road, or working the kinds of hours that kept me from watching it, but in later years, I never missed an episode, and even rented all the earlier years on DVD so I could catch up.

If you look at it as a mobster show, you'll be disappointed, but if you look at it the way it was intended, as a dark comedy, then you may get a better understanding and enjoyment of it.

I'm not an Eye-Talian, but I grew up in a VERY Italian neighborhood in Springfield, Mass during the 50's and 60's. The show makes a lot of plays on traditional Italian-American culture, aimed not to offend, but to amuse.

Kathy, if you're talking about what I think you are...be VERY careful with that. The RIAA is getting pretty aggressive on Torrents and such, and people are getting bills for several thousands of $$$ accompanied by a letter from the industry's attorneys.

Re: OT: Women of RS Thread

Daniel Day Lewis was in There Will Be Blood which came out at the same time and was an AWFUL movie. I do, however, think that he is an awesome actor. If you have the chance, watch My Left Foot. He plays an Irish man who has cerebal palsy and uses his left foot to achieve his dreams. It's a touching movie. I do think he's weird though.

Becky: Even better, I have to take Olivia with me to my next appointment. The doc said that shouldn't be a problem, that his secretary could help watch her...ha ha ha

Re: OT: Women of RS Thread

I've seen Sins of the Father and Gangs of New York...Lewis is OK, I suppose. I thought about getting There Will Be Blood on pay per view...I guess I will have to go with Walk Hard instead.
