You can get Cubans just about anywhere but here. Hell, people bring them back from Germany. My husband was bringing them back from So. America. Not this year, though. He will not be doing a run down there. We are using our connection to set us up with coffee instead. I haven't smoked a Cuban in almost a year, good stuff. If you can handle a Cohiba, you can go Cuban. The hype is that we are not supposed to smoke them, but if the ban was lifted, I would have a humidor full of them. I like them that much!

| Elegance coral | Re: OT: Women of RS Thread Not sure if I ever tried a Cohiba or not...I tried allot of cigars when I first smoked them. Also didn't know they were that easy to get. I knew out of the country if was no problem but I never leave the country so therin lies the problem. As far as your husband goes he could get a travel humidor I think they're around like 100 or so give or take 20 bucks. That way he could enjoy them and you could keep your humidor in tact.

| Manta Ray | Re: OT: Women of RS Thread This sucks that you are still sick, Kathy. Looks like my husband will be leaving early for Korea, which is what I was hoping for. Could be as early as October. Counting down the months! He's gotta go to school in Alabama Aug-Sept. So who is coming to keep me company?!?!?!?!?

Yup. Still sick. ALWAYS sick feel like. I'm not sleeping on this one, night cough. GOing to have to prop myself up on the couch. If I start faling asleep my throat relaxes and hack hack hack!!!! The meds are doing what they're suposed to be doing which is loosening the phlegm but it SUCKS bec. its making me cough MORE!!! sorry for the rant... Mike's going to have an interesting schedule. Always on call looks like. We'll see. He's going to be the ops boss for a bunch of what equates to SWAT teams. Don't know how often he'll be home, might be 9 to 5 might not. I do know he's going to be gone a lot of Sept. That'll be interesting. He might get his smallpox vaccine then, in which case he cannot be anwywhere near me for a month -- I get psoriasis and excema, been years since it was truly bad or anything but apparently I could get badly infected or something. And Erin too, since I'm prone.

At least you might be able to get a little sleep. How long have you been sick?

This one started last week, like Thurs or Fri. I just seem to get everything that comes around and get it worse than everybody else. Been that way since pregnancy. Dunno. Appreciate the concern though. and the chance to complain. It helps pass the time. Craig siad something about diet playing a factor and I'm planning on picking his brain very shortly. I HAVE GOT to get to a place where I can fight off stuff.

| Acropora | Re: OT: Women of RS Thread I FINALLY got my friggin hair cut. I hadn't had it cut since I was 4 months preggers and it was definately time. My hair had started falling out by the fistful a couple of months ago. In fact I could probably make a wig with all the hair that I lost. But, I got it all chopped off and the falling out pretty much stopped. Man, it felt so good to get pampered. |

| Reef Shark ![]() | Re: OT: Women of RS Thread Lucky you Nikki...I think I have my wife talked into letting me get mine cut finally...it's been 4 years since I had a haircut.(other than an annual end trimming) It'll feel good to be "high and tight" again. She thinks I'll miss the long hair, and I suppose in some ways, she's right, but the long hair is a real PITA to take care of.
