I've been contemplating Bunnys fate and I think a predator tank is a bit harsh - so I am officially giving him - and his family - a 3 day notice to quit munching on my veggies or leave... We shall see what happens....

Re: OT: Women of RS Thread

ANYway, getting back to everyday life, (I started this thread I cna talk about what I want) ....

Gimme a dayquil and a cup of coffee and I can do ANYTHING!!!!!!

I"m a little sick. stuffy, throat, kinda rundown, so I pop a 'quil. and have coffee. Suddenly I'm SUPERMOM!!!! DUM DA DUM!!!

up early. shower. take kid to school. back home, dog out, fed, back in. out to get gas. ouch. head to one mall, stop at target, get lipstick for 4 year old for recital (let's not get into this one...) stuff for household organization. another mall, return expensive shoes I don't need. Pick up gift for 6 year old's party this weekend. on to next shopping center, have nails done. AAAHHHHHH pedicure. on to NEXT mall, get shoes I don't need, gift certificate for 6 year old because I don't think what I got was quite enough.

back home. dog out, fed, back in. get kid off bus. paint her nails, try out lipsitck much to her delight. get her and I snack. feeling rundown again, more 'quil, coffee. DUM DA DUM!!!

let's go to the park!! wih the jogging stroller and the dog!!! much to her deight. 3 trip around the park, I figure around 2 1/2 miles pushing 50 lbs of kid and dog, get lots of smiles from other joggers as Erin is in the jogger with the dog in his soft carrier poking his head out OH HOW CUTE!!!! OK, mommy's done, dog and kid can play on swings and monkey bars, dog continually wrapping mommy in leash precisely when kid needs assistance NOW on the monkey bars. persuade kid to leave swings to lead dog to water and ducks and geese and more OH HOW CUTE from passers by. OK mommy now getting tired, kid tankfully quite ready for happy meal.

back in car, swing by for happy meal, save milkshake from dog while driving stick shift.

back home, dog outside for pee pee (NEVER ONCE at the park. WTH??) fed, out again, back in pen. chid and mommy eat, child wants Island Barbie video but it's too late, have to get ready for bed. battle ensues. child to bath NO NO NO NO gotta poopy need a diaper NO DIAPERS IN HOUSE have to go on POTTY Erin NO NO NO NO NO NO I don't have to poopy mommy I'm scared battle ensues over poopying in potty.

to bed. hysteria over confiscation of nipple (last remnant of "baba" she has left) because of poopy battle. falls asleep to next chapter of White Fang.

it is now 10 p.m. Just took another 'quil............

she'd hate me if she knew I posted this, but Andrea could possibly be a Champion at this sort of activity. Sit her on a wooden chair and WATCH OUT.

Re: OT: Women of RS Thread

Yes yes, let's talk about flatulence.
When I was on the retreat last month, we were out to eat with the kids. At one point during supper, the 4 yr old says "Uh oh, I gotta take a dump." Well, he plans were thwarted because the bathrooms were being cleaned. We were right down the street from the hotel, we decided he could hold it for a couple of minutes (It had been false alarms all day). Of course, he had to yell: "I have the juicy toots!!!!"
Just wait. Payback is coming when he gets older...
