Nikki, go out. Hand him the baby and say "Bye! I'll be back later. The laundry needs folded, the baby needs fed and bathed." I walked out on Mike a couple times like that but forgot the instructions. They need instructions or nothing will get done. Well, you're lucky if they follow the instructions. But you're better off tellign him the instructions than not. MAYBE he'll do it.

I've done that a few times. I always come home to a crying, dirty baby, a pissed off husband and an even dirtier house.

id just duct tape the baby to the crib, throw everything in they dryer and laze about and wait for dinner.

LOL...I haven't heard that in a few years. I say it all the time when people say "Sir" to me but nobody get the joke except me so I stopped saying it.

God forbid I ever get sick. The poor guy wouldn't know what to do with himself.

Witfull, tough week. Honestly, I have no issue with law enforcement, gotta have it. Unfortunately, the places I have been have given law enforcement a bad name. Generally, I only have to deal with military police...those are the dope dealers on Post.

Nikki, that is a common complaint. You need help and ask and ask and ask. I stopped asking, it is too damn aggravating to sound like a broken record.

...And yes, they do need instructions. If I leave me house for an hour, I come back to a trashed house, children running amok and my husband completely tuned out.

I can't afford to get sick. I already know what goes on here if I go lay down for a couple of hours. So I get no breaks. When I leave the house, I usually only do it right after putting the youngest down for nap.

That's exactly what it's like. Then he complains that the house isn't spotless or he actually asks me to do stuff like he asked the other day if I could do the dishes before his mom came over then walked over and sat on the couch.

I would get so much more accomplished if I could put Olivia down for more than 2 seconds at a time.
