Thanks everyone! Ffrankie, I'll make sure and post the pics and progress as we begin to finish the basement. That will probably start sometime next year. Things will be too busy this holiday.
Yesterday I spent several hours spot spraying the pasture with Round up. They didn't take very good care of it and it is overgrown with Thistle!
Afterwards, I mowed it down.
We really need to get a tractor with a bush hog!

Anyone out there who has a pasture and has any secrets to control thistle or at least limit it's numbers please let me in on it.
