O.T. plasma tv's

is a 42'' too big for viewing at 6', the recommended size is 32'' but that seems so tiny, maybe someone could go sit nearer their set and let me know? Thanks steve

I think it would be ok.. I have a 50" and my couch is about 8-10 feet from it.. I love my TV.

What kind are you thinking about getting? I have a Dell .. Man !!! the color is amazing.. I got satelite with HD channels... The colors pop.

I have the Panasonic 50''hdtv and my couch is probably 6-7 feet away.
It is absolutely awesome. Its kinda like being at the movie theater but my picture is much better!

I have a 48"x 24" aquarium 5' away from a chair and the colors really pop with the starphire glass!

yup you will love it. watching sporting events is awsome. you can see everything clear as a bell, the crowd really shows this off.

hey, i have a idea, set up a cam and conect it to your TV so you view the tank. you can record it and watch it to see what your fishes have been up to when your not watching. or just cam it so you it will be like having two tanks, one on the big screen and one live. take the challenge, "its live or memorx?"

lose a fish or can find him, check the cam. you can have your own bush policy.

TV? What is that? Mine is only turned on by my son and once in awhile my daughter. Me touch one? Very Very Rarely, my tank is my TV......... always a different channel.

Prow's idea was pretty cool.

I used to have something similar set up for my bird feeder. It was in a place I couldn't see very comfortably so a friend took my camcorder and plugged it straight to the tv. I sat on my couch and watched the fun.
If my tank were smaller I could see myself doing the same for the fish.
HMM maybe pony tank is small enough.
