yeah me and my husband both have seperate accounts...so we basically are in $30 monthly.
I got the expansion pack...he didnt...but I guess he eventually will get it.

I am an Unreal Tournament addict.. doesnt matter which one. GOTY,03,04. I dont have it for my mac yet and it kinda sucks, since i sold my PC.

I like strategy, puzzles, sim and other types of games. I was hooked on ages of empire for a while. I don't like anything that requires fast reflexes.

What is WOW?

World of Warcraft...Murk

Ditto on the Age of empires...Love RTS...Lots of good ones of those...Rise of Nations, Company of Heroes, ect...Rome total war..yada yada yada..

sry its LAN only. i was thinking of setting up a vpn and letting certain cool people join that way... it would be a lotta work though.

It's been addicting to several million people... I would compare it to cocaine or maybe heroin. I have seen more of my friends in college get so involved in that game that they dropped out of school, lost friends and experienced serious withdrawal symptoms if their computers stopped working...

wow is like getting another life. the game is so complete that it arrests you every thought. you can play for years and still have not done everything. besides being such a good game, each server has thousands of people playing, so there is a very very strong social aspect to the game.

playing games with friends is always fun. playing games with 3000 friends is even more fun!

When I quit playing EQII people actually got pissed off at me. For some reason some folks could understand how I could invest so much time in a game, then quit so I could pursue a new job after graduating college.
On the other hand I actually made some good friends outside of the game through it.
