OT: A quick note...

Our son had a bad car crash this morning, no seat belt and rolled it 4 times, he's doing well in the hospital...man, glad this day is over...

Glad to hear he's ok. Wait until he has a couple of friends in the car & go buckle his seat belt for him. This will work best if 1) the friends are guys and 2) Mom is the one to buckle him in.

Oh my! He is very fortunate. Glad he is doing ok. I love the idea of buckling it for him, but I bet he already learned the lesson the hard way. He may be buckling yours in the future! Don't kick his butt, just love him!

Oh geeze, I'm sorry to hear this. A 4X roll over, without a seat belt! WOW! I'm glad he's ok...is he ok...no broken parts? Let us know. Thoughts and prayers for your family and son.

Thank you everyone, I know I don't really know any of you well but sometimes it feels like a real home here with family, warts and all (and a few hairballs...LOL) No broken bones, a bad bloody gash on his leg, cuts and bruises, He's better today, eating, going to try to walk later and shower. He's deaf and normally is the safest driver that I know, always wears his seat belt, seems he had a blowout in the rain...we WILL be reviewing safety, you can bet on it!...

wow, at least he is ok that is what really counts.
I know i learned from my mistake when i was 17, rainy bad car accident and i always wear my seatbelt now and drive much safer.
