(OT) Who here is colorblind???

I am so amazed at this.. Colorblindness runs in my family,, Both my brothers and my son are colorblind.... My son as a young boy couldnt even play Candyland because the colored squares really mess him up...

I have to tell all of his teachers that charts and Graphs ,map anything colorfull or green and red spectrums will throw him off and could affect his grades....

Anyway.. guys take the test....

I really wonder what the world looks like if you are colorblind...

Oh yea,,, when my son starts to drive even stop lights will be hard for him...

Stop lights are intentionally placed the same direction for exactly this reason. The red is always on top and the green is always on the bottom. For the same reason street signs like stop signs, construction ahead etc also have unique shapes as well as colors. He will just have to learn the other ways of knowing other than the color.
As to the original question I am just plain blind (not really but my vision stinks)

I took the test,I saw numbers, phwee one less worry!! so is this correctable? I worked with a young guy once, we asked him to hook up the colour coded tail lights on a vehicle, and uh well it took a while. He was afraid to tell us, now this was sad because we never would have put him on something like that had we known, funny isnt it how we hide our "not normals". Steve

No its not correctable..

I try to test my son or really I just want to see what colors he sees... I show im a bright red crayon and tell him to pick a crayon out of the box that matches and it is more of a brown that he picks... the same with green grass he will pick a brown to rust color. Kinda freaky
