OT: Keep Witfull in your thoughts

Hi all,

I just got off the phone with Witty and he said it would be OK for me to let everyone know what’s going on and where he’s been the last several days.

During the final hours of MACNA, Dave (Witfull) got a phone call – his mother had a stroke and was being rushed to the hospital for brain surgery.

She made it through the surgery Sunday night and has since moved from the critical intensive care unit to the normal ICU. Sounds like the test results so far are also very positive.

Still, our friend Witty has had an extremey rough week, and continues to put his focus exactly where it should be – on his mother, being with her and helping her through this time.

I would have made this announcement sooner, but I wanted to respect Dave’s privacy and wishes.

Let’s all keep Witty and his mother in our thoughts and prayers.

I was wondering where he was...I thought he just needed some time to recuperate from macna...thanks for the post travis!

evening all my friends. i thank you for your support during this time. it is tough and i am being strong. mom is ok, but not out of the woods. life is changing before my eyes with each and every blink. since i was born she has been there for my support and strengh, now the tide has turned again, and i have to be there for her. i love all of my friends here, and i will be back, but for now, my mom and children need me. please continue your prayers and good karma for my mom, direct them to her, i am strong and will survive. my utmost concern is to her.
