today for no reason I found myself at the plastic shop,low and behold a rare offcut of 8''acrylic pierced my brain and compelled me to fight it out at the counter,tooth and nail we struggled until finally i left with 18'' of tubing oh joy. gloating in my truck at only spending 30$ it dawned on me I have no use for this but some how I know this is going to become a skimmer that will handle a school of tuna.CDR..Compulsive Reef Disorder,please lessen my shame and tell me what youve done. skimmer...kalk stirrer..calcium reactor...phyto reactor..brine shrimp hatchery...oh the possibilities !!!

Think at risk is not strong enough for me. I am officially diagnosed. LOL
Just try going to an lfs with me one day. (Woodstock did but not sure which of us was worse.) I walk around the coral tanks (maxed out on fish) and debate forever on what I will buy that day. I am seriously out of control.
Nice to hear I am not alone, but general RS threads tell you that.
The worst is when you are all excited about a piece of equpiment. It is so hard to explain to non reefing friends why you are so excited about lights or new plumbing or whatever. At least with fish or a coral they kind of understand, but plumbing? ROFL

my family thought i was looney driving 2 hrs each way to get sand because it was a great deal.
