good morn er afternoon RS had my coffe this morning and that helped but I was up early this moring...at about 530 am waking up from my sleep test...luckily they had coffee...drank that went back "home" to sleep off what felt like a hangover but I know it wasn't (thats for tonight LOL) Everything else is lovely.

Good morning, Jeff! What kind of omelette did you have? I loce omelettes with lots of goodies. I learned a new way to make them while in Spain! Yummy.

I am having my <almost> ritual breakfast; a piece of fontina, a piece of Canadian bacon (yea, Sas! Canada!), half a banana, a few pieces of melon, a piece of sprout toast, glass of decaf green tea and a nice mug of french pressed coffee. Yum.

good morning RS...well got up to the phone ringing today and it was the DAV (disabled American veterans) I'm finally getting my disablitity that I've only been waiting for since 02..don't know if I'm getting retroactive pay or not..but honestly I don't really care..I'm in it for the health care.
