yeah. Weather like this makes me wonder why I got a hot tub instead of a pool. The pool would be welcome right about now. Of course the hot tub has it atvantages as well.

Hot here too in MS. Yesterday hit 99 with a heat index of 115. Today and all week looks to be around the same.

Shuttle landing scheduled for 9:14am. Everybody think good thoughts and if you have an opportunity watch on TV. IMHO the landings are even cooler to watch than the launches.

I wish I could watch! We have a tv at work but, that's for the clients to watch. I remember when the planes struck the world trade centers we all went up to look at the tv and our boss came out of a room after looking at a patient and gave us all a dirty look. Somehow I don't think he'd care to see us watching the landing of the shuttle!

Sorry to hear that. You should be able to watch the video after the fact at ksc.nasa.gov . Then at least you could watch when you get home.
Sorry, my husband works on the shuttle so we are big shuttle geeks here. LOL

BTW they just gave the go for the de-orbit burn. Landing here at 9:14am. Coming from the south though so I don't get to jump from the boom. (Scares me every time.)

Got up way too early today!
Spent the entire day yesterday with many of the members of RS and SJMCA in Baltimore.
Had a blast!
Looks like we are in for some nice sunshine here also after storms came through late yesterday.
