Gee, and we've been in a week of record setting warm temperatures here...Most days have been 6-9 degrees above normal...Sunshine and temps in the mid to upper 70's...

Re: OT~Weekend Whiteout

For the past 3 days it's been almost 40 degrees here in Anchorage. This is suposed to be the coldest month. It should be close to 0 or below.

Last week in Fairbanks the temp increased 60 degrees in 2 days!

Re: OT~Weekend Whiteout

I'm sick of winter!!! I'm ready to go to the beach and fry myself in the sun.

It is cold, grey, and rainy here... very depressing.

Rise and shine Witty! Gotta get to work on that snowman! Just don't make one like my dad made back in '78. I was just a youngster and didn't realize why mommy was so embarassed of our masterpiece and wanted to move out of the house. It looked just like mommy when she first gets out of the shower!

Re: OT~Weekend Whiteout

I'm happy it has snowed! We really haven't had much this winter. I'm not sure how much we have yet but, it's still coming down and supposed to till about 10 according to the news.
