$30.00 for shipping for FedEx long distance shipping is very reasonable.

The best part is *Saturday deliveries are an extra $15, however if you opt to hold the order for pickup at FedEx, that fee will be waived.

How cool is that.... now that's a unique marketing offer! You have left me no choice other than to do business with you...

Talking Re: Welcome Northeast Coral!

Thank you all so much for making my morning!

It has been hard the last few months plugging away at the site every waking moment I could and not be able to share some of the things I've seen with you all! I took EVERY photo on the site myself!

It is a great feeling to finally be able to share and get some feedback from the people who really made this hobby into a passion for me.

I've got a few exciting things to tell you:

If you've read my tank chronicle from the beginning, you know I was born in St. Thomas USVI. I learned to swim before I could walk! (or so my parents tell me). The point here is that the reefs I grew up loving are in trouble. I'm dedicated to working on ways to help protect them.

- We sell a LOT of ORA corals, inverts, and soon clownfish! All Aquacultured.
- NorthEastCoral is a member of The Nature Conservancy's Program. I'm also a volunteer.

Last thing I want you to get excited for is a free set of tools that I will release soon for FREE!

The first tool is called Tank Tracker. It allows you to enter your water test results and it will track them, graph them over time, and also make a nice "IMG" link you can post in your chronicle to show your entered parameters for any day! No more typing in "Ammonia: x, Nitrate: y"! No more loosing result sheets! No more guessing whether the cycle is over, you can easily see it on a graph!

The second tool is a ways out, but is called Tank Builder. It allows you to track your livestock (automatically add products purchased from the site). This will help us remember when we got a critter, what its scientific name is, and any notes and photos related to it! Of course this will have lots of options to help us enhance our chronicles here on ReefSanctuary!

I am a sponge for suggestions on the site - design, prices, products available. Please, please, message me your thoughts so I can improve things.

Thanks RS for your support!

Drew

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~
