Setting up 20 gallon long

after my girlfriend asking to get more fish i decided that it would b an appropriate time to upgrade

so as of now im waiting on getting my 20 long on order but me and my dad (expert welder) have built our own stand and i got a corallife 130 watt PC light for $25... looks like a mistype but my friend i bought it from was using it to grow weed and one of the bulbs were burnt out so with a lil tlc its up and running... heres what i have so far... tank comes in tuesday

here it is as i add some live and dead rock mix... not all rock is in tank yet but i have added some fish food and cycle to get things going

Get the rest of your rock in soon. No point in cycling and then adding rock. It will just start another cycle.

im not really sure yet... i mean i am moving my clown and pistol goby pair over... and im not really sure wats going to happen after that... we will have to c...

but i am starting to get some diatom on my 5th day of cycling but i jumped started it with this stuff called cycle... wat should i do? wat does this mean?

the readings on my tank are

ammmonia = 0
nitrate = 0
nitrite = 25

only has been running for 6 days

waht the heck is going on...?

u might want to add a deli shrimp form the store and that will help the cycle get going. the brown algae is normal for cylcling tanks. also what type of filtration are u going to be using?
