Re: water flow questions

I would go with the #1.
I have 2 #4s on my 72in tank and they put out lots of flow.
Just to add some to a 24, I would go with the #1

I agree with Lynn 100%... those things put out a LOT of flow. That pump alone will give your tank roughly 17x turn over per hour. You'll want to make sure any "softie"(Frogspawn, torch, Hammer, Xenia etc) corals aren't being blasted by a direct flow of one of these as their flesh can tear and set up for some future issues.

Re: water flow questions

I have an AP24 and I just got the Korallia #1! It has ALOT of flow! lol I actually was battling with the idea of not using it because it almost seems to produce too much for the small tank, but if put in the right place you can disperse the flow, mines pointing at the LR and it redirects and spreads out the flow, but it took messing with it to find a good place for it. You might consider getting the new nano Korallia that is coming out I think on 9/28 tomorrow! Hope that helps!

I'm new here, so I don't know who AQTCJAK is. Is he on the list of website sponsors? I'd like to support the website when possible, and I'm considering purchasing the nano Koralia.

Re: water flow questions

In my AP24 I have one mj1200 and one mj900. They are stacked in the stock place. The mj900 is on the bottom and I have one of those spinning wave making things in the tank. The mj1200 runs the chiller and it returns into the main tank on the opposite side down low. I had a cyano problem and now it's gone.
