Aquapod glass top?

I went to one of my LFS and they had a lid to show me.
I ordered a 150 sunpod and a lid. The lid doesn't go over the whole top and leaves the back open. I think it will be perfect for what I'm doing.

is it the glass lid? if it is, it was off of mine in a day. it traps a bunch of heat. i started off with the sunpod150, and it was running way too hot. maybe your experience will be better. i like going topless anyways so it doesn't effect my tank.

I have a chiller and I'm adding a fuge to the back. I have jumping fish. I was planning to push the lid as far back as possible. The fish don't jump all the way to the front of the tank, just the back. I have the stock lid on there now with a big light mod. I had to add weatherstripping to the overflow. The fish kept ending up in the back.
