| Has been struck by the ban stick | Re: My 29 Bio Cube build thread Everybody tried to answer this one for me on a different thread...Everybody says blue clove polyp(Clavularia sp.) im still not convinced, one person came closer when they found these a type of xenia--->Sarcothelia edmondsoni (family xenidae), im leaning towards this, I have run LFS for 6-7 years now and I have seen many many clove polyps, but never nothing like this...Im gonna keep digging a little on them...Clove polyps say they are 1/4 inch each polyp. Mine are smaller than that by far... |

| Has been struck by the ban stick | Re: My 29 Bio Cube build thread Well, I have been trying and trying to get a White-Ray Goby(yashia?) but with no luck, or no luck in the future....soooooo I bought a nice Yellow Watchman for my pistol shrimp....Well, I have never had such a problem with blennies until yesterday, He viciously attacked my new addition, even with food present, and the lights off!! He drug the watchman around by the tail and so forth. The little watchman is a tough one though, to my amazement he was still alive this morning, though very battered looking like he came home from a bar fight, but alive and breathing regularly! So we will see if he can overcome the wrath of the Klausewitz!!! |

| Has been struck by the ban stick | Re: My 29 Bio Cube build thread Well, another day has passed, That little watchman is really tough!! Hes still alive, fins not looking so good. He doesnt stay near the bottom or in a cave, he hangs out on the front glass, that the blenny's prime area.....we will see... |

| Has been struck by the ban stick | Re: My 29 Bio Cube build thread The watchman goby has ceased to exist...... I dont know what im gonna do about that blenny. I think im gonna make him a "personal" box, just temporary for a couple of days while I acclimate the next "new guy", any body have any good ideas WITHOUT setting up a new tank?? I dont want to get rid of my blenny as I will probably never find one like it again! |
