Hey thanks drew, it might be the photog. many have said i have a "natural eye" i look at something, square it off in my mind, and grab the camera, I "look" for a "picture" of what I am looking at, see what looks best and snap....thanks a lot for the compliment....

A little update.... I noticed yesterday my pistol shrimp packed up and moved is residence to the front of the display. I call his new home the "Cave of Zoas"

CAVE GUARDIAN
There are TWO that guard the gates of HELL!!

Picked up a new ric last night too!! only $7 bucks!! they have plenty this color, i should go pick up 2 more for that price...

Where did you get your shallow frag tray? I am assuming it sticks on with suction cups.

Janetta, yes it sticks on w/ suction cups, and I got it Wally-World(walmart, for those of you who dont know) it was like $3.

Well, I found that My pistol shrimp has passed. Him and my goby NEVER paired up so that is prob. why the pistol didn't make it. I will get a different one and see what happens with the 2. Here is a cool pic of my orange ric eating some mysis. You can see his mouth stretched to the right....

Thought this was a really cool shot. I let the F-stop open a little longer, there is a high flow on the yellows, so it LOOKS blurry, its not photoshopped, I call this:
