| Midas Blenny | Info on sea urchins Does anyone have any info on rock boring sea urchins? I just got one from fish store going out of business and they said it was algae eater only comes out at night to feed. So far that seems to be the case. What i was wondering is when the algae is gone what can i feed him? ![]() |

| Reef Shark | Re: Info on sea urchins Most urchins are omnivores. They mainly feed upon algea and "plant" based foods. But during lean times they may feed upon other items. You can feed him nori. Just rubber band a piece of nori to a rock, and he will find it. . Just be carefull, if your tank runs out of algea, the urchin may resort to feeding on corals.(if you hve any) ~Michael
