peppermint shrimps and cleaner?

I have mine in the same tank...although two of the peppermints have gone missing

Is it safe to have them in a 50G tank with 3 to 4 inches angels, tangs, 2 inches dottyback and 10 qty of scarlett hermits, and 2 cleaner shrimps?
Will these shrimps eat up the fish poo in the bare bottom tank?

Nope.
Try some conches.
They do the trick for me...
