Dwarf Sea Hare ????

Update... package was delivered to my office today (Monday 12/10/2007).
Everything was in-tact (no leaks or outwardly visible damage to container). Contents were cold to touch and water in the bag was coffee/tea colored and thick. I netted the contents and it was nothing but slime and some un-recognizable stuff. I guess they are officially DOA. I dumped contents directly into the trash receptacle because the stench was literally sickening and made me gag like a little kid taking cough medicine.

I'm still talking with the vendor. She does offer the "Arrive Alive" guarantee so I'm not worried about that. She's been very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with thus far.

Must be from reef goddess? I was about to post for you to ask her about them as she keeps and sells them, but then I continued reading. If it is, Morgan has always been more than a pleasure to do business with. I started with her over a year ago and have never had any problems and she does know how to ship. I would take her at what she says about its care.
Sorry about the carrier goof though. If they hadn't of lost the package you would have had some live specimens. Too bad you didn't have her ship on a monday, but it still could have been lost a day. Holiday time shipping is probably not a good thing for live I am seeing. Wish you had gotten them. Would love to see some in action.

Thanks buddy. Yes it was Morgan and her shipping/packaging was VERY good. I think they may have lived 48 hours but 96 would REALLY be a stretch unless weather conditions were PERFECT. I have to say that this is NOT her fault in the least and she's working on taking care of it. I didn't ask for a refund because she's going to try and re-ship when she gets more in. It will all work out for the best and yes she's a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to personally call me Friday night to talk about it and assured me she would take care of it. This is a DHL issue not Reef Gardner or Reef Goddess.
