| Ricordea | sea hare i accidently posted my first sea hare question in the hitchhiker thread about whether or not my peppermint shrimp attacking it. (it was confirmed) now i woke up this morning and it's laying on it's side between the rock and glass in the corner of my tank. i tried poking it, but nothing happened. are they heavy sleepers, or has another one bit the sand?

| Tridacna maxima | Re: sea hare Mine are heavy sleepers. If it stays there more than 2 hours lift it out and smell of it, you'll know if it's dead or not right away.

| Do I look as lost as I am ![]() | Re: sea hare Yeah they are VERY heavy sleepers. Trust me you'll know when you take it out if it's sleeping or expired. I still gag a little just thinking about how the original Buggz smelled when he went to the algae field in the sky. Good luck. ![]()
