Lobster...............Yummy Part Two

Here is another yummy member of the family:

This is the catfish of the lobster family. The tail meat is a little muddy tasting, but once you get pasted the dirt, it can be quite tasty.....if you are starving.

looks like the sun scorpions we get out west.

lime and butter, maybe a lil garlic is all youd need.
